April 2025 Vacation Care Operating Hours
Week 1: Monday 14th April – Thursday 18th April 2025
Week 2: Tuesday 22nd April – Thursday 24th April 2025
Public Holidays/Centre Closed: Friday 19th, Monday 21st April, Friday 25th April
Open: 7 am
Closes: 6:15 pm

Helpful Tips for Parents

Use the Xplor home app to mark children absent if they are not attending the session.

Keep up to date with program changes via the messenger section of your Xplor Home app.

Arrive on time for excursions & fill out excursion permission notes and waivers.

Provide children with enough food for the day.

Dress children appropriately and label all personal items with children's names.

Keep unwell children at home.

We will provide sunscreen, breakfast & afternoon tea.
What To Bring

Please bring recess and lunch for your children. We are an allergy aware centre, please do not bring any nuts.

Refillable water bottle, hat, enclosed shoes and sun-smart clothes (i.e. brim hat, sleeves).

Spare set of clothes in case we have messy craft and activities.
